2. Order

2.1 All the price is included shipping fee, but we don't charge any tax of your importing to your country.

2.2 You are deemed to place an order on our web by ordering via our online checkout process,as part of our checkout process you will be given opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an E-mail about order confirmation, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.3 Our acceptance of orders take place when we despatch the order. We will send you a delivery confirmation through email. When we delivery the order a purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

3. Cancell and refund/replace

3.2 If customers find the item is not the same as the actual picture or description, or there is any defect or broken on the item, we provide replacement or refund.The return request must be sent to us no later than 7 business days from the day you received it.(When you received the goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in the next 7 days. If  we can not verify any defective or brocken on the item that we provided , it is difficult to adjudge who should bear the liability.)  Upon receiving the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.(Attention:we only refund you the cost of the item,not including the round shipping fee)

3.3 The rights to return the goods to us will not be allowed by the following conditions: - in the event that the product has been used, the products is broken by yourself.
